The Farmer's Market season is very short here in Park City so this dinner will take full advantage of the local bounty.  I will shop for the dinner at the market in the morning and we will cook the fresh ingredients.  This is the menu I have created before the market has yet to open for the season so don't be surprised if there are some surprises inspired by what I find the morning of the dinner!

Menu: Yellow Vegetable Summer Salad; Grilled Lamb Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Salsa Verde; Caico & Pepe Roasted Potatoes; Individual Peach and Blue Berry Cobbler
