Hand make pasta dough, learn to roll out sheets for shaping to make hand formed shapes. You will learn to make three varieties of pasta varieties and a seasonal sauce for each. When pastas are complete you will sit down to a dinner that includes an appetizer, seasonal salad, tasting portions of the three pastas and sauce you have made and dessert. This class has the most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!
Summer 2023 Menu: (available June 1 - September 10)
Appetizers: Mozzarella and Grilled Summer Fruit Caprese
Salad: Summer Panzanella
Pastas: Ricotta, Taleggio, Parmesan Ravioli with Herb/Flower laminated pasta and Corn Sauce; Lemon Farfalle (Butterflies) with Zucchini Sauce and Fresh Cherry Tomatoes, and mini Lasagnas with Summer Pesto
Option to add grilled chicken or shrimp
Dessert: Strawberry Balsamic Ice Cream with Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate Sesame Crunch
