Classic Buttermilk Biscuits

Learn to make soft and pillowy Southern biscuits using  Anson Mills Colonial Style Fine Cloth Bolted Pastry Flour and Lammas Cake Flour. Flours are preindustrial wheat varieties ground at low temperatures on a traditional stone mill. Biscuits (2 person) are served with housemade lavender butter and honey.

  • Serve along with salads or entrees.
