Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Tahini Mint and Lemon Marinade

I learned to enjoy this incredibly delicious entree grilled by my dad on hot L.A. summer nights. It is still one of my favorites. This not-too-tidy cut of meat can look intimidating to grill, but it inevitably turns out great!

Goes well with a side of heirloom white beans with arugula pesto.

  • Contains no dairy, eggs, wheat, or nuts.
