Events on Your Schedule

Let Mindful Cuisine provide the food and fun for your next office party or team building event, family gathering, club meeting, or reunion! Create a custom menu from a wide array of choices, shown below. The class portion can be hands-on or a demonstration, and the group will enjoy a full meal afterward. Not only will your group experience a restaurant-quality meal, but you'll have learned to make it again, at home!

The event will begin in the Wine Cellar with an appetizer prepared in advance by the Chef. You'll get an overview of the class, and then the cooking begins! Afterward, everyone shares a meal together. Most events run about 3-1/2 hours, including the meal at the end. You'll receive recipes and tips to use at home.

Once arrangements are in place, sit back and relax. We will take care of all the details. You can enjoy the event along with your guests, all in a comfortable setting with a spectacular view!

How To Book an Event 

Note on Minimum Size: We require a minimum of 4 attendees and a minimum charge per attendee of $75 for all private events. The Kitchen can accommodate up to 12 people; for larger groups, please call before booking.

STEP 1: Choose Your Event Date. Select a date at least 10 days from now* that is not already booked. Click here to see what's already scheduled. You'll be asked to provide the date you've selected at checkout.

* If you are considering an event more than 60 days from now, please call to confer about menu items. We update them periodically to reflect seasonal availability of ingredients.

STEP 2: Construct a Menu. Scroll down to the images below to see the menu items we offer. Click on the picture or the name of the food item to see more information and to purchase. Add it to your event menu by entering the number of people in your group in the "Quantity" field and then click on "Add to Cart" (for items with multiple options, like the Kebobs, instructions are in the description). Use the back key on your browser to return to this page. If you need to change quantities or delete an item, you will be able to do that on the checkout page, accessed by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right portion of your screen.

Typically, a menu would have one appetizer, salad, entree, side, and dessert. If you would like an extra side dish in lieu of a salad, or two appetizers and no dessert, we can accommodate that. If you want to construct a menu featuring another combination, please contact Chef Linda prior to ordering, as the class length and/or cost could be affected.

STEP 3: General Information Page. Please review the General Information page. Ask your guests to visit the pageprior to class as well.

STEP 4: Checkout. Once you have completed your menu, click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Please review the items and quantities selected for accuracy. You can change the quantities and delete items right on this page. If you would like to add an item, return to this page by selecting "What We Do" and "Private Events" from the Main Menu at the top of the page. Once you have finished, click on "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. The checkout process is similar to other online shopping, but we will ask for additional information (date of event, time, etc.) in step 2 of the checkout. Group Beverage Service (Optional)

Infused water is provided at no charge. If you would like coffee and hot tea service, iced tea, or sodas for the group, select the item below. Choose (1) to cover the group. Attendees who are 21 and older may bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy during dinner.

Reserve My Date


Are you interested in booking a private event, but still deciding on the class or the guest list? Reserve your desired date now!

Enter the number of dates you want to reserve under Quantity. You'll be asked to enter the requested date and time at checkout (for multiple dates, use the comments). You can just enter an approximate headcount when asked to enter the names of your guests.

The details of your private event and the remaining payment should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event; otherwise, the deposit is forfeit.
