Did you know that these delicious classic holiday desserts - crème brûlée, caramelized roasted pears, bête noir and white chocolate mousse - are all naturally gluten free? In this hands-on class, you'll learn the techniques needed to make these unique and beautiful desserts at home. We'll also explore plating/serving, and do-ahead options that will save you time during the busy holiday season.
