Learn to create the vibrant, fresh, complex flavors of authentic Mexican street tacos in your ownkitchen. Start with the foundation of any great taco - fresh handmade corn torillas. Next create the salsas - fresh and roasted, the condiments - guacmoles, onion/cilantro, rajas, spicy lime cabbage andfinally the fillings - mushroom, sweet potato, chipotle shrimp, seared steak. Finish up with a refreshing Mexican ice pop!  Let the fiesta begin!
