I love growing and cooking with herbs, so this class is a chef favorite. I grow herbs in my greenhouse in order to offer the the freshest possible herbs for these dishes. 

Menu: Smoked Utah Trout Toast with Marjoram and Thyme; Fresh Tomatoes with Herbs; Sweet Herb and Rice Salad; Grilled Chicken with Before and After Provençal Herb Marinade; Roasted Peaches with Almond and Tarragon.
