Summer Seafood Dinner

Preparing seafood on the grill is easy, fun and particularly delicious on a warm summer night. Begin by preparing an appetizer of clams and mussels dressed with a lemon caper sauce served with garlic bread. Next, create a colorful salad of summer tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado that is dressed up with grilled shrimp. For the entree, we will grill halibut fillets served over summer greens and grilled peaches - great savory and sweet flavors. Pecan Chewy Bars and Ice Cream are an old-fashioned, rustic favorite dessert.
