Create an Italian meal with bold flavors and casual elegance. Enjoy cooking and grazing both in the kitchen and outdoors on the patio in the late evening summer sun.

Menu:  Buffalo Mozzarella with Basil Pesto, Salsa Romesco & Black Olive Tapenade; , Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic and Thyme, Fett'unta; Salad of Little Gem Lettuce & Roasted Summer Squash, Walnuts and Pecornino,  Spiced Shrimp Skewers, Taleggio Tart with Zucchini, Proscuitto & Polenta Crust, Rosemary Olive Oil Cake with Olive Oil Gelato
