Tonight you will be combining ingredients, herbs and spices to create flavors of the Greek Isles. Enjoy a Greek version of paella and two very different salads. These days, tahini is popping up everywhere in recipes with chocolate. For dessert you will make a tahini-infused version of a flourless chocolate cake.
