Our own chef and culinary instructor Linda Ebert is offering Newcomer’s yogis (or not) a mouth-watering evening of learning and conviviality on Friday, September 15. We will create a beautiful salad using the bounty of seasonal vegetables and fruits available at this time of year as summer turns into fall. Learn the “Art of Salad” and begin to create your own spectacular salads throughout the year by balancing components of flavor, texture and color. A roasted cauliflower dish will be a delicious accompaniment to this salad. Learn to make a classic rustic Romesco Sauce, a Spanish sauce that just happens to be vegan and goes with just about everything. Finish the meal with a touch of sweetness with some dressed up berries. Epicurious with no guilt!
