Living in Orange County, California for most of my adult life, I came to enjoy many dishes served in the Vietnamese restaurants throughout the area. Tonight we will make some of my favorites. 

Menu: Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup; Jicama and Grapefruit Salad; Carrot and Kohlrabi Salad; Scallops Braised in Caramel Sauce; Bo Luc Lac (Shaking Beef); Jasmine Rice; Seared Bananas with Coconut
