Enjoy learning to make homemade pasta. Begin by mixing pasta dough by hand with a well of flour & eggs on a tabletop. Learn to use vegetables to flavor and color the dough. Roll out sheets of dough to turn into ravioli. Create a ravioli filling with taleggio and mascarpone cheeses, then fill and cut ravioli. This ravioli will be made into an appetizer finished with chicories, honey and toasted hazelnuts. You will also learn to use sheets of dough to make a personalized individual lasagna. Cut sheets of dough into tagliatelle and prepare a sauce with roasted chicken, lime and pistachios.
To accompany the pasta, make and enjoy a tricolore salad (colors of the Italian flag) and gelato sundae for dessert.
