Create this meal of Asian-inspired flavors. Begin with a Scallion Pancake appetizer which, if you have never tried it, may become a new favorite. Use citrus, ginger and roasted Sichuan pepper to create bright flavors, and work with late summer and fall vegetables to prepare this delicious, unique wild salmon entree.
