Winter in Park City has been incredibly mild but now that spring has officially arrived, it okay to be happy when the sun shines. This is Mindful Cuisine's first dinner of spring and we will celebrate with a beautiful slow roasted rack of lamb in a pistachio and herb crust served with lots of spring vegetables!
