Lamb is another quintessentially spring ingredient. Tonight we will grill the less common, but oh so flavorful, shoulder chops from Utah's Own Morgan Valley Lamb. If you haven't tried these chops before, I hope they will become a favorite. The pea pancakes or fritters with crab are fantastic. The Persian Salad is a mixture of spring greens and herbs, cucumber and radishes in lemony white balsamic dressing. Carbonara - the classic bacon and egg pasta dish - will accompany the lamb, but as a risotto dish. Enjoy black and blue berries in our dessert!
