The Mindful Cuisine kitchen was closed for a week in May while we visited our friends at the their inn, Moonshine Hill, in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, a short distance from Nashville. Yes, we went to visit our friends & enjoy the music but EXPLORING THE FOOD SCENE was a top priority! Spring in the southeast brings a fantastic selection of fresh ingredients!
