Do you want to preserve summer’s wonderful veggies at their peak of flavor and enjoy them all year long? Learn how to water bath can to make shelf-stable pickles that last all year. If this makes you think of hours in the kitchen with bushels of vegetables, rethink! Bring home just a pound or two of green beans, asparagus, or carrots and make a few jars of pickles to enjoy during the winter. You will take home a jar of pickles made with fresh farmer’s market vegetables and recipes.
