Our theme this time will be Seasonal Cooking for Fall. Fall offers so many new flavors and, here in Park City, seems to turn so quickly into winter. Let's make the most of apples, pears, quince, squashes, cooler weather greens, celery root, beets, more.
Six Seasons is a great source of recipes. Some of my other favorite books are Root to Leaf by Steven Satterfield, Vegetables Unleashed by Jose Andres and Bake the Seasons by Marcella DiLondo (sweet & savory baking). I am sure you all have many source of inspiration.
