This evening, you will have the opportunity to explore the cuisine of another snowy mountain ski region - the Italian Alps! The dishes you’ll make are cozy, warm, and perfect after a day on the mountains. In this class, you will learn to make Pizzoccheri, a traditional buckwheat pasta, and learn ways to make delicious use of a myriad of winter greens and other vegetables. For dessert, you will work with chestnut purée and create a meringue-based dessert inspired by Mount Bianco - the highest mountain in the Alps.
