This is our first grilling class of the season, but I can’t wait any longer to start cooking outdoors! This is an early spring dinner will Italian inspiration. We’ll begin with artichokes and leeks on the grill and incorporate them into a wonderful salad with Burrata. Next we will get the risotto going and create a classic carbonara with Arborio rice replacing the pasta. Meanwhile, the lamb will marinate in garlic & fresh herbs before grilling. Our dessert will feature blood oranges in a beautiful tart that’s the color of a sunset.
