We have been anxiously waiting for the spring and summer sun to come to Park City so we can begin outdoor cooking classes. This is the first of many. Tonight we will focus on techniques and flavors from Argentine - hot fires and big flavors! As the fire heats up, we will prepare the filling and dough for shrimp empanadas and learning a folding technique. Then, we will begin grilling vegetables for salads and side dishes and the pork tenderloin entree.
