Enjoy preparing a mix of fairly classic Italian and Italian American dishes. For our appetizer, you prepare grilled mushrooms with smoked Scamorza cheese with housemade grisini. Next will be a Sicilian-style citrus salad. For the main course, Chicken Parmigiana and a side of handmade artichoke ravioli. For the dessert, we will finish with a Hazelnut and Chocolate Torta.
