This brunch is full of delicious treats to be enjoyed for your celebration, vacation treat or “just because”. Begin with a chef made morning parfait board with organic plain yogurt, house made granola and an assortment of condiments such as berries, nuts, seeds. Create a parfait, grab some coffee/tea then get cooking. Prepare a refreshing spring salad of snap peas, English peas, and edamame with feta and crispy pancetta for morning salad, make crepe-like omelets and layer them with seasonal vegetables and local cheeses to create a beautiful omelet cake (pictured), add pink peppercorns and roast some very delicious Black Pig Bacon from a small farm in California, and bake a batch lemon ginger scones.
