Learn to turn chickpeas into falafel, served with a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and herbs in a vinaigrette. Learn to make a cauliflower shawarma by first brining, then roasting a whole cauliflower coated with Shawarma spice blend. This will be served with a brown rice pilaf. Finish the meal with a house-made blood orange & pomegranate sorbet and Tahini shortbread cookies.
