In this exciting pasta class, you will learn to make 2 different doughs - basic egg pasta dough, as well as a spinach dough. You will roll sheets of pasta to make a filled pasta, either cannelloni or ravioli. You will cut pasta to make tagliatelle and well as pappardelle. You'll make sauces to accompany each type of pasta. Enjoy a meal sampling each pasta dish along with a salad and gelato for dessert.
