In this exciting pasta class, you will learn to make 2 different types of pasta from a basic egg pasta dough. With half of the dough you will make a hand shaped pasta choosing either Farfalle (bowties) with Tomato and Chicken Polpettini, Roasted Peppers and Basil or Cappelletti (little stuffed hats) with Corn and Ricotta. With the other half you will make either Linguini with Crushed Heirloom Tomatoes & Basil or Tagliattelle with Lemon & Spinach. Enjoy a meal sampling each pasta dish along with a salad and Italian sundae for dessert.

Menu: Hand shaped pasta & sauce - Choice of Farfalle (bowties) with Tomato and Chicken Polpettini, Roasted Peppers and Basil or Cappelletti (little stuffed hats) with Corn and Ricotta. Cut noodle pasta & sauce - choice of Linguini with Crushed Heirloom Tomatoes & Basil or Tagliattelle with Lemon & Spinach. To accompany your pasta dishes you will make a Seasonal Green Salad and an Italian Sundae for dessert.
