Learn to cook and then enjoy this collection of appetizers with flavors inspired by New Orleans cuisine. You will learn to make a collection of recipes for appetizers to serve throughout the holidays and snow season in your own home or to take to friends’ homes. The recipes are a mix of quick and easy, make ahead, throw together at the last minute, and some that take planning ahead. There are several vegetarian options, and some with shellfish or meat. All can be made gluten-free. All the recipes have lots of bold flavor, which is very important when you are having just a bite or two! Explore plating and serving ideas as well.
