Let’s celebrate our longer, warmer days with this delicious Spanish brunch. The dishes you will make incorporate fresh spring vegetables and herbs and bring variety to traditional brunch menus. Enjoy your time cooking, dining and getting to know neighbors!
Coffee and juices provided; feel free to bring Cava or other bubbles of your choice.

Artichoke & Olive Salad - Spring green salad with marinated artichoke hearts, olive, fresh herbs with a lemon balsamic vinaigrette
Eggs with Crispy Baked Potato Chips and Serrano Ham - Olive oil fried eggs to cooked your way over thinly sliced herbed potatoes baked to crisp & serrano ham
 Grilled Asparagus with Romesco Sasuce - Asparagus spears with romesco dip (sauce made from roasted red bell peppers, sherry vinegar, hazelnuts & almonds)
Spanish “French" Toast - Homemade brioche in a citrus custard, brown and crisped then caramelized like creme brûlée
