November 8, 2018 6pm Red Ledges Event - New Ideas for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is definitely a time for tradition. However, even when looking forward to old favorites,  it can be fun to add at least one new dish or updated version of a classic to the meal. In this class we will make a medley of new and interesting dishes to add to your Thanksgiving table!  

Menu: Salad of Seasonal Greens, Fuyu Persimmon, Pumpkin Seeds and Chili Cranberry Vinaigrette; The New and Amazingly Delicious Green Bean “Casserole”; Celery Root & Potato Puree with Toasted Hazelnuts; A Great Stuffed Pumpkin; Fall Fruit Ginger Crisp

Optional: Let’s explore Thanksgiving Wine Pairing- Bring a bottle of wine you are willing to share with the group that you think will pair with the fall flavors of a Thanksgiving meal. If you need an idea, I will email Stephanie a list of locally available wine suggestions a few days prior to class.
