Learn to make soft and pillowy Southern biscuits using Anson Mills Colonial Style Fine Cloth Bolted Pastry Flour and Lammas Cake Flour. Flours are preindustrial wheat varieties ground at low temperatures on a traditional stone mill. Biscuits (2 per person) are served with house-made lavender butter and honey.
