These mussels are steamed with aromatics and Mountain West’s dry, hopped hard cider - Cottonwood. Once the mussel pop open, they are finished with lemon, creme fraiche and herbs. The mussels are served with locally made bread, grilled to soak up the delicious broth at the bottom of the bowl.
