Prix Fixe Classes
Let Mindful Cuisine provide the food and fun for your next celebration, family gathering, club meeting, or reunion! We even have Kids Classes that are perfect for birthday parties or kids' club activities. Choose one of our brunch or dinner classes, shown below. The class portion can be hands-on or a demonstration.
Each class features a unique menu created by Chef Linda. Most events run 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Attendees will prepare several dishes and then eat them afterward (for baking classes, students will take the baked goods home with them). Snacks will be provided in all classes.
Once arrangements are in place, sit back and relax. We will take care of all the details. You can enjoy the event along with your guests, all in a comfortable setting with a spectacular view!
How To Book an Event
Note on Minimum Size: We require a minimum of 4 attendees. The Kitchen can accommodate up to 12 people; for larger groups, please call before booking.
STEP 1: Choose Your Event Date. Select a date Monday through Saturday at least 10 days from now that is not already booked. You'll be asked to provide the date you've selected at checkout. Note: If you are considering an event more than 60 days from now, please call before scheduling. We update classes periodically to reflect seasonal availability of ingredients.™¡™¡
STEP 2: Choose a Class. Scroll down to the images below to see the classes we offer currently. Click on the picture or the name of the class to see more information and to purchase. Add it to your cart by entering the number of people in your group in the "Quantity" field and then click on "Add to Cart" (for items with multiple options, everyone should be enrolled in the same option). Use the back key on your browser to return to this page. If you need to change quantities or delete an item, you will be able to do that on the checkout page, accessed by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right portion of your screen.
STEP 3: General Information Page. Please review the General Information page and complete the Information and Liability Release form. Ask your guests to do the same (parents should complete the form for minor children).
STEP 4: Checkout. Once you have completed your selection, click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Please review the items and quantities selected for accuracy. You can change the quantities and delete items right on this page. If you would like to add an item, return to this page by selecting "What We Do" and "Private Events - Prix Fixe" from the Main Menu at the top of the page. Once you have finished, click on "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. The checkout process is similar to other online shopping, but we will ask for additional information (date of event, time, etc.) in step 2 of the checkout. Optional Extras for the Group
Infused water is provided at no charge. Attendees who are 21 and older may bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy during dinner. If you would like coffee and hot tea service, iced tea, or sodas for the group, select the item below. Choose (1) to cover the group.
Reserve My Date
Are you interested in booking a private event, but still deciding on the menu/class or the guest list? Reserve your desired date now! (Don't forget to check the calendar first for available dates Monday through Saturday.)
Enter the number of dates you want to reserve under Quantity. You'll be asked to enter the requested date and time at checkout (for multiple dates, use the comments). You can just enter an approximate headcount when asked to enter the names of your guests.
The details of your private event and the remaining payment should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event; otherwise, the deposit is forfeit.
