Cook Your Book
Mindful Cuisine's Cook Your Book classes celebrate chefs through their cookbooks. Each class features a specific book. We choose a signature dish from the cookbook and build a menu around it that will bring the book to life. Working in teams, participants will each make the main dish, then the class will work together to round out the rest of the menu with other dishes. The evening ends with everyone sitting down together for an incredible meal - better than a restaurant, if you ask us! These classes are less intensely instruction based than our other classes, making for a very social and enjoyable night out!
Menu: Spinach Gruyere Souffle; Pan Seared Salmon with Beurre Blanc & Spring Pea Relish; New Potato Salad with Fava Beans and Morels; Bete Noir with Raspberry Sauce
