On-Site Private Events:
Create your Menu

Let Mindful Cuisine provide the food and fun for your next office party or team building event, family gathering, club meeting, or reunion! Create a custom menu from a wide array of choices, shown below.

After you don your aprons, you will receive an overview of the class, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Then, then the cooking begins! Afterward, everyone shares a meal together. Most events run about 3-1/2 hours, including the meal at the end. You'll receive recipes and tips to use at home.

The Kitchen can easily accommodate up to 10 people; for larger groups, please call before booking. Kids and teens may be enrolled in Private Events if they are accompanied by a paying parent.

How To Book Your Event

STEP 1: Check the Availability of Your Desired Date. You cannot book directly on this calendar; instead, you'll be asked to provide your desired date during the checkout process. Please book your event at least 1 week in advance.

Note: If you are planning an event more than 60 days from now, or you’re not quite ready to finalize your event’s details, reserve a date and go to checkout. Come back to steps 2-4 when you’re ready… but no later than a week prior to your event.

STEP 2: Purchase the Class. Class prices vary by group size. First, select the group size category for the number of people in your group and then enter the number of people in your group as the quantity.

STEP 3: Construct a Menu. Please select an appetizer, a salad, an entree, a side dish, and a dessert for the group. Scroll down to see the menu items. Click on a picture for more information and then make your selection from the drop down menu to the left of the pictures. A few menu items have a small add-on charge ($1-$5 per person) to cover increased advance preparation or food costs. Enter the number of people in the group as the Quantity and click "Add to Cart" for each course when it’s finalized. You can make changes on the checkout page. Please contact Chef Linda if you have questions or want to construct a menu with a different combination of items. Looking for a simpler approach? Check out the Menu and Skills Classes page.

STEP 4: Checkout. Once you have made your selections, click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Please review the items and quantities selected for accuracy. You can change the quantities and delete items right on that page. If you would like to add an item, return to this page. Once you have finished, click on "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. During the checkout process, we will ask for additional information (your phone number, requested event date, etc.). Note: If you reserved a date previously, don’t forget to enter your discount code to receive credit for your deposit.

After you complete your purchase, two things will happen:

  1. You will be redirected to the General Information page, so that you can read the information there, including COVID Safety Procedures and also complete and submit the Information and Liability Release form for yourself (and your children, if applicable). If you have other guests, please ask them to read the General Information page and submit their completed form(s) prior to the event date. In addition to contact and emergency information, this form communicates information to us about any allergies or special requirements.

  2. We will email you an order confirmation.

We look forward to seeing you!
