Olive Oil Chocolate Cake
This dark, rich chocolate cake is for the chocolate lovers out there. It is deliciously moist on the inside with a crunchy top created from a sprinkling of Demerera sugar. This is a great “back pocket” recipe. You need a bowl, a whisk and about 15 minutes to have a cake ready to pop in the oven. Serve it by itself or with a dollop of creme fraice, scoop of ice cream or drizzle with creme anglaise!
