Soft and pillowy Southern biscuits using Anson Mills Colonial Style Fine Cloth Bolted Pastry Flour and Lammas Cake Flour. Flours are preindustrial wheat varieties ground at low temperatures on a traditional stone mill. Biscuits are served with house-made lavender butter and honey.
