Appetizer - Charcuterie Grazing Board with local cheeses and meats, nuts, fruits and vegetables, crackers, condiments

Salad - Sunshine On Your Plate - A salad made all the yellow vegetables of summer - squash, peppers, tomatoes, corn, beets, potatoes served with lemon vinaigrette. Produce from local gardens and farmers markets. Park City growing season is very short so we treasure our local produce and summer/fall farmers markets.

Entree - Grilling with Chimichurri - Chimichurri is a delicious Argentine sauce made from parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Our chimichurri has its own flavor created with a splash of Slide Ridge Honey Wine Vinegar. In Argentina this sauce is served over grilled steaks, but is wonderful on just about anything grilled! Each person will have a choice of either: grilled steak strips, chicken, salmon, shrimp, grilled halloumi cheese, or grilled tofu. Grilled vegetables are served with all protein choices.

On the Side - Medley of Local Sweet Peppers, ‘Nduja, and Melted Heber Valley Fuego Rosa with Fresh Veggie and Chips - this is a warm slightly spicy “dip” served in tiny individual cast iron skillets It is a bit of richness and intense flavor that blends perfectly with the grilled entree.

Dessert - Peach Raspberry Crisp with Oat Crumble Topping - Wonderful peaches are grown all over Utah and hit their peak at the Park City farmers market in mid-August. Weeks Berry Farm is located in the Cache Vally, a major farming area in Utah. They bring their berries, currants and products made from their berries. Raspberries give peaches a beautiful rosy blush and are a classic flavor pairing. Served with Ice Cream.
