This is great brunch. The flavors are unexpectedly bold and delicious, given the simple ingredients. The recipes you will learn are easy to make at home and serve to your family and friends. The artichoke salad with lemon vinaigrette is a delicious salad that can be served at any meal, but is part of this menu to wake up your palate to enjoy all the flavors of this meal. Olive oil fried eggs are a classic Spanish tradition. The white develops a crispy edge with the yolk slightly set but still a bit runny. Try your egg this way or cook it to your liking. The potatoes are cooked “domino style” with smoked paprika and result in delicious crispy potatoes for a crowd. Learn to make romesco sauce from roasted red bell peppers and almonds. The sauce is served with asparagus but goes with the eggs and potatoes as well. It is a versatile sauce that is great to have in your cooking repertoire. The Spanish-style French Toast is known as Torrijas - it is fantastic! Coffee and juices will be provided along with ingredients to make yourself a Spanish-style coffee (sans alcohol unless you BYOB Spanish brandy).
