In this class, you will prepare a delicious southern brunch characteristic of New Orleans. Enjoy after a morning hike or bike ride or on a “take a break day” in Park City.

Enjoy morning French press coffee as you learn to make Beignets - those powdered sugar doughnuts made famous at Cafe du Monde. Make a delicious corn chowder with homemade stock from our delicious Utah corn and a refreshing cucumber and blueberry salad. Experiment with sous vide cooking as we prepare an elegant egg dish.
