As the days grow longer I begin to crave Greek cuisine with it bright flavors and focus on veggie dishes. Learn to make a crowd pleasing appetizer - grill your own Zatar flat bread to serve with whipped feta, Muhammad, herbs, olives and pistachios. Cyprus or Sunshine salad is a mix roasted sweet potatoes, tomatoes, avocado, greens and grilled halloumi . Our entree of grilled chicken skewers is moist and tender from its time marinating in seasoned yogurt . It is accompanied by grilled cherry tomatoes, sumac pickled onions and a delicious lemon garlic sauce cal toum. Dessert is a Amigdalopita - a rustic almond cake from Sifnos.
