Prepare and enjoy wintertime dishes from southern Italy. Citrus, olives, winter squash, and Farsumagru which means "false lean" (and for which there are several spelling variations). A lean cut of meat is stuffed with a delicious rich filling, then braised to capture all the savory juices and served with a spiced winter squash dish. You will have fun making our Arancini appetizers - stuffed balls of rice that look like "little oranges" as the name implies.
