Create this meal of Asian-inspired flavors. In this class you will learn to make homemade potstickers. Learn to make, dumpling dough and a chicken chive filling & dipping sauce. Make a quick “smashed” cucumber salad to enjoy with the potstickers. For the entree, use citrus, ginger and roasted Sichuan pepper to create bright flavors, and work with fall vegetables to prepare this delicious, unique wild salmon entree. For dessert, create an individual crumble using Asian Pears and Jasmine Tea baked in your own tiny cast iron skillet.
