Enjoy learning to make this light and elegant spring dinner. While we are going to enjoy all these dishes together in what I think of as special occasion dinner, many dishes could be served on their own as a light meal. This menu features a seafood entree amid a menu that showcases a variety of beautiful spring produce!

Spring Salad of Shaved Vegetables with Poppyseed Dressing
Wild Striped Bass with Farro, Black Rice and Green Garlic, Tangerine sauce (exact fish may vary based on market freshness)
