Being a native Californian, I am frequently asked how I like the Park City winter. My answer is always “I love it!” Do I miss some things? Well ….. okay, I admit it. I miss my year round vegetable garden and cooking outdoors all year long! I get pretty excited when the snow is gone and temperatures are no longer freezing - it is time to ‘‘Unleash” the Green Egg and outdoor pizza oven from winter storage. Hope you enjoy this grilled dinner and can add something to your grilling repetoire!

Menu:
Hay Grilled Mussels- Grilling over a bed of hay provides a bit of excitement as well as herbaceous and woody flavors
Grilled Wedge Salad with Smokey Blue Cheese Dressing - a twist on the old school steakhouse classic salad. Learn how to make a smoked cheese.
Grilled Strip Steak with Roasted Orange Bell Pepper Sauce - These will be delicious steaks from one of our local Utah ranches. This is a great opportunity to refine your steak grilling skills if that is your interest. Otherwise, focus on preparation of our orange bell pepper sauce - savory with a hint of sweetness.
Roasted Parsley Potatoes - super easy but they look so cool with the parley leaf on each cut surface
Blueberry Shortcake - grilled cake slices layered with lime whipped coconut cream and blueberries
