February 9, 2024 6 pm 🌱Winter Pasta By Hand

Hand make pasta dough, learn to roll out sheets for shaping to make hand formed shapes. You will learn to make three varieties of pasta and a seasonal sauce for each. When pastas are complete you will sit down to a dinner that includes an appetizer, seasonal salad, tasting portions of the three pastas and sauce you have made and dessert. This class has t3he most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!
